How to Customize

After you purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your customization form. This form is where you will send in photos of your pets you wish your sweatshirts to feature, as well as the pet's name, and any other details you want to share.

Note: You do not need to provide any customization details at the time of purchase - all customizations are done after purchase.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is 3 days to receive your first proof via email. Shipping 4-6 days after proof approval. Rush options are available at checkout.
